I love Saturdays! Why? Because I can sleep in and wake up to pancakes, bacon and eggs. I’m lucky that most of my bikini photo shoots are scheduled during the week. That might not happen for long but I’m going to enjoy it while I can. I love too sleep. It’s so much fun. Every day I have to get up about 5am and exercise for about two hours so any day that I can sleep past 5am is a wonderful day! I’m a lazy girl at heart. LOL.

I love eating pancakes with lots of syrup and butter. I wash it down with a cold soda. Ok, it’s not the healthiest eating but I need to have one day out of the week where I can eat what I want. Bikini modeling is so demanding. Your body must be perfect and slim. I’m slim but not naturally slim. If I didn’t exercise, I would really be a big girl and we can’t have that now!! Oh no!! Ok, my pancakes are ready. Bye!!!

My lasagna recipe

Ok, since the only thing that I can make is lasagne, I thought I would post my favorite recipe. It’s one of my guilty pleasures that I make whenever I’m feeling depressed or for when it’s my turn to bring a dish at a family party. LOL. I hope you try it.

Ingredients:
16 pieces (about 16 oz.) lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 pound ground beef
1 jar (about 28 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup water
16 ounces ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 teaspoons chopped oregano
2 teaspoons chopped basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
1. In large skillet, brown meat; drain.
2. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water; simmer 10 minutes.
3. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Lay flat on foil to cool.
4. Heat oven to 350°F.
5. In large bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, oregano, basil, garlic, salt and pepper.
6. Spread about 1/3 cup meat sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 glass baking dish. Arrange 4 pasta pieces lengthwise over sauce, overlapping edges. Spread one-third cheese mixture over pasta; spread with about 3/4 cup meat sauce.
7. Repeat layers, beginning and ending with pasta. Top with remaining meat sauce; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
8. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove foil; bake about 10 minutes longer, or until lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Boy crazy

Lately, I’ve been thinking so much about my ex-boyfriend and future boyfriends. I’m feeling so lonely lately. I’m not alone because I have tons of friends and lots of guys who want to take me out but it’s not the same as already having someone who cares about you. Dating sucks! You have to go through all of those stupid head games before you can actually trust or believe what the other person is saying. I hate that part. I just wish I could find a person and fall in love instantly without that weird period in the relationship.

I meet cute guys every day but some of them are jerks who think just because I’m a bikini model, I don’t have a brain. I graduated at the top of my high school class but they don’t see that. I don’t know what to do. I was thinking of not dating for about a year but I can’t get past two weeks without dating so far. LOL. What’s a girl to do?

I love my job as a bikini model but there is so much jealousy and envy in this industry between beautiful women. I just wish we could all get along. The latest issue with me has been this bikini model by the name of Johnna. She’s gorgeous. I’ve noticed that she and I have been up for the same modeling jobs and now she’s talking crap about me and she doesn’t even know me. I think she’s just jealous because I’ve been getting a few more modeling jobs than she has. I think it’s her bad attitude that’s keeping her from working because photographers don’t like to work with models who are difficult, no matter what you look like. I’m very nice to the photographers because we have to work together. I just want to be friendly with everyone but this is a tough business and you can’t please everyone.

A new tattoo…

I just got a new tattoo! I’m so very excited about it. It took 3 hours and I’m so sore but it was worth it. I’ve been wanting this tattoo for such a long time but haven’t had the time in my busy schedule to get it. What is it? Well, it’s really very simple. It’s a picture of a dragon and it’s on my inner thigh. You can hardly see it but I know it’s there. I’m very intrigued with asian culture so the dragon is something that I’m very fascinated with. It’s extremely colorful. The tattoo artist used four different colors. It was going to take two sessions but because it was so small, he knocked it out in just the one. My skin is burning but I’m kinda used to it. I just have to keep ointment on it so it doesn’t get infected. This is the most crucial time. My skin normally heals pretty well. I love my new tattoo. I can’t wait to show it off to my friends and family. I wish you could see it but like I said, it’s in a very private spot. LOL

Daydreaming

Do you like to daydream? I do. I love to daydream anytime of the day. It takes me away to a special place where I can escape and not think about modeling, my friends, my family or these jealous girls who keep trying to get underneath my skin. When I daydream, I think about places that I would love to go. Most of those places aren’t in the U.S. I dream about going to the orient. I daydream that I have a bikini shoot in Japan or China and I get to look at the beautiful scenery and rich culture while making money too. LOL. Daydreaming keeps me sane. Without it I don’t know what I’d do. Maybe I would go crazy, who knows? It’s important to daydream. Sometimes I daydream about what my kids will look like or my husband for that matter. I hope he’s cute. It’s so important to relieve your mind of the problems and worries that we face on a daily basis. I’ll always love to daydream.
